For your protection all orders are reviewed for fraud and suspicious activity.
If you are a first-time customer or your payment has been identified by our payment partners as a potentially suspicious order, you will receive an email notification. Our Customer Care team will manually review your order. Your order will be held until we can confirm your identity and verify your order.
Online orders are usually dispatched within two (2) business days.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations.
In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers.
Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders.

If unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill one of the items within your order we will refund you.

Ingredients & Formulations

Our products are powered by awesome, effective and natural ingredients, but in some cases synthetic ingredients are actually cleaner, safer, more stable or better for the environment. In those instances, we choose synthetic and use the best of science with the best of nature. These are largely supporting ingredients like preservatives or stabilisers: these are used to help natural ingredients be more stable or effective.
We obsessively research our formulations, carefully select our ingredients and dermatologically test everything in our Daily Essentials, Hair Helpers and Skin Support ranges. This doesn’t guarantee that they won’t ever cause a reaction: all skin is different. By carefully choosing ingredients that are less likely to irritate young skin and undergoing dermatological testing, we have worked to eliminate as many of the common irritants as possible. Everyone is different, and we know that sometimes people are irritated by even the cleanest, most natural ingredients. For items left on skin for a few minutes or longer, we always recommend a patch test.
We have created options that are just as fun, and suitable for some sensitive skin. For dry, itchy or sensitive skin: Our Totally Clear range has been developed with no colour or added fragrance, and is powered by superstar soothing and moisturising ingredients.
Eczema is extremely common in kids, however it is difficult to diagnose, and treat. We recommend you seek medical advice for skin issues such as suspected eczema. Our products should not be used in place of therapeutic products, which may be more appropriate to specifically address these skin conditions.
We understand that nuts are a big issue for some kids. We have chosen not to include any of the following nuts, nut oils or nut products in our formulations:
- Brazil nuts
- Pecan nuts
- Pine nuts
- Hickory nuts
Some of our products are made in facilities that also process nut products so we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts present. Please note that we DO include Shea Butter and coconut in our formulations.
Yes, all of our products are vegan-friendly!
Yes, when it comes to our fragrances we carefully selected 100% natural fragrances. Kids skin absorbs more, and it was important to us that their products were carefully created for that: synthetic fragrances may cause some impact to our bodies, so we left them out.
Our products are not tested on animals.
It’s important to note that everyone’s skin is unique and even the gentlest, cleanest, ‘most safe’ ingredients can be irritating to some people. We carefully select our ingredients and dermatologically test all our formulations, but if something irritates your skin please get in touch. We want you to love what you buy and are happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
